Japan’s Ultra Limited Edition of Devil May Cry 5 includes Dante’s jacket

With the new Devil May Cry 5 set for release next year, some of you might be thinking of cosplaying the game’s demon hunter Dante, or Nero. Anticipating such a scenario, Capcom Japan has revealed that they will be releasing an Ultra Limited Edition version of the game that includes a replica of Dante’s jacket.

As reported at Eurogamer, you also have the option of choosing Nero’s jacket, or newcomer V. However, should you want one of these Ultra Limited Editions, be prepared to pay a premium price.

Nero’s version costs ¥750,000 (around £5,100 / $6,600).

V’s version costs ¥600,000 (around £4,000 / $5,300).

Dante’s is the most expensive at ¥900,000 (around £6,100 / $8,000).

Each jacket is made from leather and the sizes are shown on the reservation page. Because they’re replicas from the game, they will also include battle damage. Note that with Nero’s jacket, the right sleeve is missing, likely to make way for Nero’s Devil Breaker. But you can choose whether you want the sleeve there or not.

If you happen to have a lot of spare cash, then you can make a reservation with Capcom Japan from now until 19 November 2018.

Devil May Cry 5 is released for PS4 and Xbox One on 9 March 2019.
