The anime Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card may have recently come to an end, but that shouldn’t stop you from wanting to dress up as your favourite magical girl. As reported on Natalie, Japanese clothing brand Favorite has collaborated with CLAMP’s Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card to produce six casual wear outfits inspired by those seen in the anime.
Nadeshiko’s Dress is inspired by the dress belonging to Sakura’s mother. We see Nadeshiko wearing it in a flashback in episode 20. It costs ¥18,338 (around £124 / $165).
Lace-up One Piece, which Favorite say is inspired by one Sakura wears in the ending (though it’s also possibly inspired by an outfit Sakura is wearing in episode 10). It costs ¥13,489 (around £91 / $121).
Tomoyo Daidouji Three Piece Set Dress, which is inspired by the dress Tomoyo is seen wearing in episode 8 as she compliments Syaoran for looking “much more manly”. It costs ¥18,338 (around £124 / $165).
Cherry Blossom Battle Uniform. It is inspired by the dress that Tomoyo makes for Sakura, which we see Sakura wearing in episode 2. It costs ¥16,729 (around £113 / $151).
The Tomoeda Junior High School Uniform. Sakura and her friends are seen wearing this uniform throughout the series. It costs ¥14,569 (around £99 / $131).
Sparkly Feather Dress, inspired by the dress that Sakura wears in the opening of the anime. It is the most expensive of the lot, costing ¥19,418 (around £132 / $175).
All of the outfits are available in sizes small to large. Favorite are already accepting reservations with delivery expected in the middle of August 2018.
If you’d like to get your hands on one of them, then you might have to consider using a deputy service. However, the outfits have also turned up at Favorite’s Rakuten Global store.
