Back in January Reol announced that she would release a new EP, titled Bunmei (文明). Consisting of four songs, she has released the music video for the first track, Utena (ウテナ).

The video is directed by A4A and features Reol performing alongside the dance unit MIKUNANA, who are also credited for the choreography. Reol is seen rapping while dressed as a police officer with riding crop and handcuffs.

Bunmei is released on 20 March 2019 as a Regular Edition CD with sticker. There are also two Limited Editions that include Reol’s MADE IN FACTION concert video. Limited Edition A includes the concert on a Blu-ray, and Limited Edition B has it on a DVD.
